5k Walkers and Runners:

You will be running or walking on a grass. Gravel multi-purpose trail around the reservoir. If you keep the water to the left you cannot get lost.

10k  Runners:

You will be running on grass, woodland terrain, dirt, leaves, etc. on a majestic winding well marked trail through the woods. The longer course is about 50% single track trails. There will be plenty of opportunities to pass the competition on long straight-aways. This run will take you through pines, hardwoods, open fields, with some challenges of footing and minor hills. This course is largely based on trail biking routes existing on site.

Half Marathon Runners:

This course is 2 Laps of the 10K course plus a little more.  You will be running on grass, woodland terrain, dirt, leaves, etc. on a majestic winding well marked trail through the woods. The longer course is about 50% single track trails. There will be plenty of opportunities to pass the competition on long straight-aways. This run will take you through pines, hardwoods, open fields, with some challenges of footing and minor hills.

A Note For Barefoot Runners:

Barefoot running is allowed in this race. There are many stones, briars, fishhooks and maybe broken glass. Anyone that participates in this race should have proper foot wear. If you want to run this barefoot you will be allowed to participate at your own risk. We prefer that you wear some shoe. Minimalist shoes and Luna type sandals are welcome.
